On my box, options for video and sound on vlaunch are not fully visible as some goes below the height of the panel. I'm using 9pt fonts, which I think is less then what is commonly used. So I replaced all the wxPanels inside the nbook wxNotebook with wxScrolledWindows. While here I also added two empty children to the video sizer for consistency with the others.
