Is it even possible to allow change static light colour (only colour) dynamically?

No, only dynamic lights can do this.

I know, that's why I am asking, if it's possible to make this possible ?

Now that I think about the possibility, it's possible that there's a possible way to make it possible, heh! If you set the light color BEFORE the map begins rendering, it could possibly be rendered correctly, I remember I made some tests on this time ago, but it was before the recent changes to the renderer and network code .

I think at all vavoom static lighting system needs to be changed a lot. At first it is to slow for maps with open terrains, it is slow for map with lighted moving srctors(and scrolling textures). And ofcourse it has lots of limits. If it is possible to optimize it in some way that would be usefull, i think
