The launcher is okay. But it would be good to enhance it with more functionality, such as setting IWAD PWAD paths, which in turn gets saved to a config file in vavoom's folder. Does Vavoom actually support WAN / online / internet server games? The dedicated server executable seems to only create a LAN game. I created a Hexen LAN server. But I can't seem to connect to it. I use connect 127.0.0.1:26000 and it just times out. Is there a bug? Could we also get an installer setup executable to install & uninstall vavoom, with start menu shortcuts, etc?
