Okay, I tried using Vavoom with a copy of Strife I got. I'm running Windows XP, and I put the voices.wad and the strife1.wad files into the Strife folder in Vavoom, which is in the Strife folder. When I go to run it using Vavoom95.exe, it tells me that it V_Update: Fails to lock screen Stack trace: VSoftwareDrawer::Update <- SCR_Update <- Host_Frame Can anyone help me? Are there specific settings for Strife to make it run? TIA!

It's just the wads. There's a default.cfg outside of that folder where all the games are though, but I didn't see anything about resolution in there.' edit edit: I think it's because the computer I was trying to run it on didn't have an updated DirectX version, because I tried it on another and it worked great.
