I'm having a huge and strange problem extracting a MUS file from one of my wads. WinTex always crashes when I try to save the entry to any file format. Then I tried WADEXT, and even when it did get it out as a MID file, no media player could recognize it. So I extracted it successfully (I think...) as a mus file, but whenever I use MUS2MIDI it crashes... I tried extracting other MUS files as MIDs successfully, so I guess it's a problem with the entry itself. I'm not sure if it's the problem, but sometimes if the music has text in the tracks description makes MUS2MID crash without an error, try removing all the text from the music entry and converting again, also, you can use XWE to insert the music directly inside the WAD file, Vavoom and other ports support MID files, so no conversion might be needed at all <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->.
