Since Vavoom is pretty much on life support, Ill give one more shot at this. The Vavoom progs structure has changed over the years and the tutorials on adding new weapon states using progs mong other things is severly outdated since the last release. How do I add new weapons and how do I go about altering other enemies, items, etc using progs? Dehacked is also very limited in Vavoom as well. I tried using these two mods in Vavoom to no success.... http://www.2shared.com/file/qTOanVgZ/D64StuffGZ.html http://www.2shared.com/file/G-WhqH4t/PFEnh.html

I tried using my custom mod: http://www.sendspace.com/file/5nfhqt But Vavoom kicks out with an error message: Script error, "decorate/items.txt" line 29: Unknown property "powerup.strength" Stack trace: Vscript Parser :: Error <- Parse Actor <- ParseDecorate <- ParseDecorate <- ProcessDecorateScripts <-SV_Init <- Host_ Init The problem is that my mod works perfectly in GZdoom but has a host of problems in Vavoom. Is Vavoom's decorate very limited or not as great compared to GZdoom's?

Seems that Vavoom doesn't yer support the powerup.strength property of one of your DECORATE classes, you might need to look which file contains such property and remove it, then try loading your WAD agaon. EDIT: Could you please upload your file to another download host? This one looks unusable...

Try this: http://www.sendspace.com/file/5nfhqt I'm trying to use this mod with my new project without severely gutting the decorate scripts just to get it working with Vavoom correctly.

Vavoom now uses DECORATE to modify the enemies and weapons, if you want to investigate how it works, you can download the progs source from Vavoom 1.33, there's some bits of documentation on the new way of doing things in the wiki, if you need more specific help, you can ask, I'll try to answer your questions ASAP.
