There's a slight problem I have with VaVoom: It crashes a lot. It's because of this DLL file called ialmrnt5. Is there any way to fix this problem?

[quote="SpiDoL":ttb3gv72]There's a slight problem I have with VaVoom: It crashes a lot. It's because of this DLL file called ialmrnt5. Is there any way to fix this problem? After looking around online a bit, it looks like you have a graphics card with an Intel Extreme chipset. I found a thing about people having the same error when playing The Sims 2, and the only semi-useful suggestion I have seen is to install the latest driver for your video card. http://developer.intel.com/support/grap ... 016497.htm Whether this applies to your card or not I can only guess, but it could be worth a shot. One person said his older version of the drivers worked, and then he updated it, and the newer one broke it, so maybe you will need an older version. Good advice, huh? Either a newer or older driver... good luck

Never mind. It was crashing because I was using Direct3D. I switched to OpenGL, and now it doesn't crash anymore.
