Nope, it doesn't supports them at all. Frankly, I don't see the point of this feature, I personally like it the way it works now. Also, their implementation and method of doing these is too messy IMO.

And how does it work now in Vavoom? Is it possible at all to do like mentioned - so that mosnters eyes glowed in dark or similar?

I have tested this on GzDoom with the Shotgun Guy, and glowing eyes on darkness look really scary. But algo we can make to glow the shotgun for the Shotguy, instead all his body <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) --> And would be nice to make a BRIGHTMAP for textures, so we can bright certain pixels from a texture, for example, the buttons/screens at the textures "COMP*".

Full bright sprites, that is, I prefer them above those brightmaps <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->.

The "full bright" sprites only makes the *full* sprite/frame to bright always. You can't make monsters eyes to glow by using only "full bright" flag. Right? So... WE WANT BRIGHTMAPS!!!!!
