Hello, I usually use the ZDoom engine for some private projects - however, in light of recent needs for some more power and a better rendering engine, I decided to switch to Vavoom due to it having both it's own language (VavoomC) and DECORATE support. I also like the inclusion of other Hexen scripts.
However, it appears Vavoom doesn't have a KEYCONF equivilant way of adding weapons and playerclasses, as far as I know - or setting the slots for those weapons. I am assuming that has to be done in VavoomC or some other scripting method.
So 3 questions:
1) How do I add weapons using Vavoom 1.28?
2) How do I replace the player class using Vavoom 1.28?
As implied, I am new to Vavoom, and am really "porting" one of my existing ZDoom mods to Vavoom, and fix some of the problems I hadn't fixed, hopefully.
I'll worry about HUDs and Intermissions later. Right now all I strive for is to clear up this confusion of mine. I tried the Wiki, it's a little dry ^_^;;

PS: Janis, good work on this engine. I love the Quake-style Renderer - it works even on my not-so great Intel-chip laptop with ease - and true-look too!
