I am not completely sure I understand how this work; I needed to make weapon sprite invisible, so I tried to set Alpha and RenderStyle of ViewEnt correspondingly, but nothing changed; I only succeeded when I made Player.MO invisible this way. Is it possible to change weapon visibility on HUD without changing Player.MO's visbility?

I don't think so, since ViewEnt is attached to the player, maybe the best solution for this would be to create a "lower weapon" state for the player, so the ready weapon isn't drawn when this state is set. Another solution is to make a dummy sprite with a cyan image and set it as a new weapon, but it's really stupid this way, heh! <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Well, I can set SY to some ofscreen value like -1000.0.
