[Won't do] Strife and filtered full-screen images

Firstly, thank you for supporting Strife! It's unquestionably (in my mind) the finest use of the Doom engine there ever was, and I've long wished for something like this. By complete coincidence, I just finished playing it again a few days ago (it still rocks, low res graphics, cumbersome keyboard looking, and all

Having just tried it out using Vavoom, something caught my attention -- possibly emphasised by my recent play-through. The full-screen images used in cut-scenes and some conversations look a whole lot better unfiltered than they do filtered. They were already anti-aliased in their original form so they really didn't look all that chunky despite the low resolution, and the filtering takes so much sharpness and detail out of them that they just don't look as good.

Is is feasible for Vavoom to intelligently avoid filtering just these screens?

I haven't thought that they might look better without filtering. Maybe it's because of the resizing some detail might be lost, probably this part needs to be improved. Oh, and there's no way to disable filtering only for those screens.
