[Resolved] Matrox G400 probs

Matrox G400 Max, Intel PIII CuMine 600 MHz, 512 MB RAM... this system runs Rune @ 1024x768x32 fluently but is choppy with Vavoom 1.13 Win @ 640x480x32. In OpenGL it's somewhat less choppy than in Direct3D, but it is nevertheless. What settings could help here? Is there a timedemo or fps counter so I can say what fps this choppiness actually consists of?

FPS counter is enabled by setting console variable 'draw_fps' to 1. Tere's also a console command 'TimeRefresh' for measuring rendering time. As of settings, you may try to change variables 'gl_tex_linear' and 'd3d_tex_linear'. Value 2 is for bilinear filtering, 3 - trilinear.
