[Implemented] ZDoom style font lumps!

This would be a cool addition for modders. New console and menu fonts add a lot of atmosphere to a mod. I've created a tool that generates bmps or pcxs from system fonts which can easily be converted into zdoom font lumps using "imagetool" (available here - <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://grafzahl.drdteam.org/index.php?page=topic&id=230">http://grafzahl.drdteam.org/index.php?page=topic&id=230</a><!-- m --> - thanks for the link, Firebrand) I'll release the tool once i find some good hosting for it, for now here's some screen shots... Quick little bug report - it looks like you are using the exclamation point character instead of the space character for confont. Everything in the console that should be a space is an exclamation point, typing space gives exclamation points. Typing ! gives the exclamation point from the STCFN lump (as if it were not present in the confont, I assume). Everything else looks good, except vertical space seems to be ignored. Not sure whether this is intentional.
