[Implemented] Lightning fudge

I want to bring it up, because its a subtle feature and often gets overlooked. In ordinary doom, lighting depth is fudged by lighting horizontal walls differently to vertical ones. Now of course Vavoom has a super totally awesome quake style lightmap mode, but for maps that arent made using it, the lighting looks too flat. Do you think you could add a hack to enable this lighting trick on maps with no lightmaps?
