[Implemented] a few legacy effects

i seen a few legacy maps where there were <br>real  ladders you could climb up and down, it was a<br>trick water zone and a real 3d lift and translucent<br>water fall, so can these effects be done in vavoom as<br>well? i tried to make a real 3d lift but when it moved<br>it vanished in mid air!?

flickering static lights! that be really fantastic!<br>man but the lift was really a let down! :'(<br>i was going to copy the same type from quake2,<br>oh well i'll use the move floor and ceiling elevator.<br><br>

Flickering lights can be done, but for this I must change the way lightmaps are stored. But that shouldn't be a problem.<br><br>And moving 3D floors are now on the top of my to-do list.

oh yeah im also trying to make a  ladder you <br>can climb but legacy has like a water zone<br>line def with no color so when you come up <br>to the ladder in legacy your really swimming<br>up the ladder but in vavoom this is going to<br>be a bit tricky ;D
