[Fixed] [svn-3521] Strife: jump height much too low

This time I checked it in dosbox. There, jump height was quite a bit bigger. It's most noticeable (of the early levels) in power station, where you can't jump out of various water pools. Also, there's something VERY wrong about the last level (entity's lair). It's unplayable. For several seconds everything (except the weapon and Sigil flash (on the weapon - forgot to check other weapons)) stops being redrawn, then comes the redraw, repeat. In an older bug, I got an answer that some texture was missing in the power station. Is there something I can do with the wad to fix that ? Two more things: is it intended that notarget doesn't reset the already hostile monsters ? In the original when a new voice sample started, the previous was instantly terminated. Yes, that was hardware limitation, but... When Macil is in story-telling mode (not the normal conversation), if you press escape to end it, the story and Macil answer are played simultaneously. It sounds silly.

Yes

And what about jump height ? The best example on map04 is at X= -1005.808472, Y=5593.748535. You are standing in the water. There's a platform there. It's corners are at Z=48 - you should be able to jump on them, the rest of the platform is at Z=64 - not accessible by a jump.
