[Closed] Hexen Teleport Crash

Every two or three times I use the "Ethereal Travel" mode of transportation in Hexen (version 1.15 of VaVoom, version 1.1 of Hexen) the following error message appears: z_Malloc: failed on allocation of 27652 bytes
stack trace <- SV_Loadmap <- SV_map teleport <- Server Frame <-Host_Frame I have no idea what this problem is. I'm running on software mode in 320x240 resolution. The game runs fine otherwise (if a little sluggish, especially with melee weapons like the mace of contrition). Any help?

You should be able to load the game after starting Vavoom again. BTW how much memory you have?

I can load the games just fine most of the time, the problem is that I can't switch between hubs and sublevels without the game crashing. I have 128 megs of RAM and I'm running on Windows XP with a 500mhz Pentium processor...this is my laptop I'm running it on...

Could you run it with -debug option ("Debug file" option in vlaunch), crash it, and then send debug.txt from basev directory to me,

OK, I see that it's minizone that is overflowing, use command line option

-minzone 1024

to increase it.
