[1.32] Azerty number input support

Tue, 17 Aug 2010 09:18:52

I don't know if it's vavoom's problem or SDL, but I can't seem to type any form of number. Us azerty users have to hold shift to enter any number, or use the keypad on the right hand side of the keyboard. Neither one of those options work, let alone any other "symbol" such as ' " ', to bind a key to for example "gimme weapons". It won't work because of the ' " ' key not working in the console. (reference image: ... yboard.svg or without the linux "mumbo jumbo" : ... layout.png ) I'm running Vavoom 1.32 from the command line in linux, if that's any "cause". If it helps, i'm running Gentoo linux, and libsdl-1.2.14-r3 (latest unstable in portage) edit: there are numerous other problems with vavoom in linux but i'll leave those for later, this one is far more important imo.
