[Implemented] A class for sharing string resources

What about a class to share resources, such as strings for example, both for client and server side. The problem is that there are cases when similar text is to be shown by client and server classes (in client - by drawing on some window, in server - by sending a broadcast message), and then you have to define similar string constants both in client and server, which is not very good IMO. I do not know whether I can use such classes as HexenDefs for this purpose; if I understand this right, there's no HexenDefs object really created.

... or maybe create a new native function, that loads strings from text lump in WAD using line index.

The new networking architecture will use all game classes also on client, that will solve this issue.

Whow. I wonder how it will look like from the "progs" programmer's point of view. But still, that idea of function to read string by index from WAD lump seems more appropriate for this task. I suppose it is always easier to edit text in WAD file than in progs.

New network engine is here. As of loading strings from WAD, use LANGUAGE lump.
