[Fixed] [1.20] Strife: Fist/Dagger Attack on Walls

When hitting a wall with the Fist/Dagger in Strife, it produces the correct effect that you fixed.. but the effect itself is strange. I'm sure the effect is slightly transparent/translucent... The worst part is that this effect seems to "move upward" depending on the angle and it looks rather strange (just imagine that "stars" are flying up from where you are striking). It shouldn't do that at all. It's almost like you are applying the same "smoke" effect that the Heretic staff has... which should not be the case.

It should be because of the fix_sprite_offsets set to 1, I have seen the same problem with some Hexen explosion sprites too.

I've tested it while setting r_fix_sprite_offsets to 0 and the same effect is reproducable. The best way to look at it is attempting to strike the ground in Strife... you will see what I'm talking about. It is very much how I've explained it.
